The service was terrible; they don't respect reservations and offer no solutions. They evade responsibility for their own mistakes.

I like staying at this hotel but when the cute lady who serves you is there, I don't know why the other lady serves you so badly, she makes you feel bad and the room seems to be fixed reluctantly, why does she fix it badly for me? I don't know if this lady is the owner of the hotel or the manager, but she serves you badly.

This has undoubtedly been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I absolutely do not recommend it. The shower doesn't work properly, the noise inside the hotel is constant and unbearable: there is no soundproofing, and a doorbell rings incessantly day and night, making it impossible to rest. The mattresses are uncomfortable and of very poor quality; it seems they haven't been replaced in years. The decor is poor, neglected, and completely lacking in harmony, creating a feeling of abandonment. The most concerning aspect is the total lack of professionalism from the staff; some people are clearly not qualified to deal with the public, and I even felt that my privacy was violated. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired, with very low hygiene standards. A completely disappointing experience. I would not return, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

It's not a safe space for women. The receptionist, who is also the owner's son, entered our room drunk in the middle of the night.
