I loved the location. And I slept well. Be careful in the area at night.

Impossible to sleep. No air conditioning. Terrible sound insulation!

The receptionist was very attentive and helpful. The room is small but has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for visiting the city's tourist areas. I was very pleased.

We arrived in a spacious, very bright, and functional room. However, the cleanliness of the floor left much to be desired… Not clean at all, dust, hair, etc. The cleaning lady came the next day and cleaned the room but skipped vacuuming 😅 I had to ask for it and ended up vacuuming my own hotel room, which was a bit surreal. The hotel overlooks a very noisy street; it's not quiet at all. Otherwise, the staff is very kind, and they even looked after our belongings after checkout so we could do our activities. Mixed experiences 🧐

The hotel is small, yet cozy, perfect for a short stay. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it's manageable since it only has three floors. It's close to shops, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, cafes, and public transportation. The service is good; they stored our luggage until check-in time. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and there's also a kitchenette; they provide the necessary utensils. The room is pleasant; obviously, being close to the street, you can hear the traffic, but it's not bothersome. Despite being a small hotel, it was a pleasant stay.
