It's a comfortable hotel, but it doesn't have a parking agreement and it's expensive.

It was good, location is if you want to visit the downtown, close to everything.

I had a terrible experience. Be careful, because this IBIS Bogotá hotel double-charged me for my 4-night stay. I've been complaining for three months, and they've asked for a million things before they'll refund my money. The management is appalling. Even the manager can't admit their mistake. I don't want complimentary nights. I won't be returning to this hotel, that's for sure. And please be responsible and refund my money in full. I'm still waiting for my money back.

Our room smelled strongly of disinfectant. Perhaps the previous guest had a pet but the room smelled like a disinfected veterinarians. There were no water facilities - despite other Ibis hotels in Colombia providing water. This was also true of the (lack of) ironing facilities. The door keys don't work. Staff blame guests' mobile phones but I never suffer this with any other hotel chain. The WiFi didn't work in our room. Finally, the draught beer pumps are purely ornamental - they don't have any.

It's impossible to rest in this hotel because of the noise.

The room was already paid for with points when I arrived. When I gave the front desk lady the card I even made sure the room was already paid for and she said yes. When I left I realized I got a charge for almost what the room cost. I emailed and called but never heard back. Guess I just guess to lose that money now.
