Gentlemen, more booths are needed on the second floor, as there are only three on the ground floor and they are very uncomfortable, to be honest. A good renovation is needed.

The place is pleasant and peaceful.

The place is nice, clean, quiet and the staff are very attentive.

The place needs remodeling; the smell in the common areas is unpleasant and inexplicable. While the staff is attentive, it doesn't match the overall atmosphere. It would be great if they considered updating the space to make a positive impact on the industry and better leverage the location.

It's a nice place, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it. My only suggestion would be to turn down the steam in the Turkish bath a bit.

The Turkish bath and some of the common areas smell awful; the sauna is the only good thing. And it's not the first time we've smelled that; it's become the norm.

Customer service is terrible, they are always acting like they are angry.

This place is the real thing! ¡El conociendo real! The space, an atmosphere which seems to magically transport you back about 50 years - if you survived and can sufficiently remember... Sunday afternoon was comfortably ruled by los maduros. Pero si los jovens trickled in and a couple of hours before closing time there was quite a run of los hombres córneo!!! Y si... closes every night at 8:30. Bienvenido a Colombia. There were no shady angry staff members that I encountered. There are odors... no jacuzzi although the vapor is ample. And you can get a drink! - which is not so easy to do en Colombia. Alcohol consumption is also reguated by size - beers and wine pours are a tad smaller and percent of alcohol volume is lower. However, el servirdor en ULISES estaba muy listo le que donarme todos lo ultimo del boteila de Ron y nos ofertas un oracion a los antidores... 3-4 USD. There's no English spoken by anyone really although the hunky masseur has some. I will add, there are predators in Bogotá. I didn't encounter any of los tiburones en ULISES. Tengo español muy probre, pero si ellos estabas patiente conmigo. 🙏🏽🇨🇴🎢
