ROMA CLUB VIDEO BAR (Video Bar Geminis)

Visitors beware....dodgy as ! I have a lot of experience with gay lugars in sth America and have seen and done a lot. This place is not worth the danger. Not sure where they got the good reviews but a few locals looked happy enough there but otherwise it's in a very dangerous barrio. There are no lockable lockers, there is no assistance with taxis or Ubers as mentioned on their website and the place is several blocks out of centro which meant for me two dodgy overpriced taxi rides. The young guy at front desk was completely horribleas well.. Shame ....as Cartagena needs some good central gay bars but I found none in three days. Asked for my money back straight away once I realised the security was a trick.

It's a delight to be captivated by this magical place. The aromas here are a mixture of sweat and desire.

Terrible service from the man who served me—rude, arrogant, and ill-mannered. He didn't provide good service at all. I felt mistreated, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. NEVER GO THERE.

Unique in Cartagena. Friendliness is the hallmark of this establishment. Simple and discreet. Very affordable.

OK! Important because I freaked out trying to find it. The picture shows the entrance, but there is no direct sign. It is on the first floor with the big door, and it is not so much a bar. You can get beer and gatorade but that is more for refreshment after you enjoy the local culture. I was not there for any shows but I would go back, but this is more akin to a bathhouse than a bar in my opinion, and if you know the gay world then you know what I mean.

I like the intrigue of the atmosphere, but I'd really like it more if someone were in charge of educating the attendees. Many locals turn on their phone flashlights to enter the dark area and want to see everyone's faces. Also, many locals are dressed as if they were at home, and that spoils the experience.

Great place to have a beer and enjoy local fun. Clean, safe and great staff. Owner waited for us until our UBER arrived. Owner and staff are friendly and caring. They have lockers, beer. Great dark rooms as well.
