Very bad service, the pool is full of people who aren't weighed, ugly rooms, old mattresses, poor ventilation.

Beware, do not go to this hotel. The pool is always full of people who aren't guests, the rooms are damp and have no air conditioning—they're like bunkers; they're small and poorly ventilated, everything is terrible. 250,000 a night. Everything is awful here, don't go, and the staff are incredibly rude.

Good location, right on the main road. Pool service until 2 am. The air conditioning didn't work. They were making too much noise from 5 am, dragging things around. Shouting from 6 am. There was dampness in the room. The TV didn't work. There was no one checking on guests to see if they needed anything. The shower curtain had mold.

The pool is filthy... You'd be better off looking somewhere else...

We went over the March 24th holiday weekend with my wife and baby. They charged us 360,000 pesos for two nights in "Suite 2." It was awful. The rooms looked neglected, and people wrote their names on the walls like it was a prison cell. Zero maintenance, and the pool was filthy (my wife got a urinary tract infection after that trip). The air conditioning sounded like an old car starting up with worn-out belts. The service from the hotel staff was terrible; however, the restaurant staff were very kind to us. A five-star restaurant inside a dump. Go further into the city center and you'll find decent hotels; this place is more like a roadside motel.

The hotel shows neglect in everything you see. The lack of cleanliness is the most striking thing upon entering. The pool is filthy; it's clear it's not being treated, which is a health risk. Not recommended.

Room 3 had two cockroaches, the walls were damaged, I asked the girl if we could use the ping-pong table and she gave me a dirty look, but the location is okay, the pool looks more or less clean. I really don't recommend it; go further into the city center.
