Modern, comfortable place with an excellent location. Friendly and welcoming service. My stay was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again! One thing to improve is providing tongs at breakfast so people don't serve themselves with their hands and the coffee is hotter. Parking is on the street.

The service was excellent, with a great breakfast, and best of all, it's right next door in the nicest and most walkable area of ​​Asunción. The best part was that I could control all the apartment's lights from a tablet! Incredible!

Excellent stay. Comfortable place. Good value for money. The service was excellent; upon arrival, we were offered complimentary drinks. We were also surprised with champagne and chocolates. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor. It's small but varied, with few tables, but we didn't have any wait times during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Just around the corner from La Cuadrita, a very nice area. We will return.
