أجنحة Inti Punku Machupicchu Hotel &

Stayed at Inti Punk during my trip to Machu Picchu. It was a great stay. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. What made it a extraordinary was the morning I was suppose to scale to Machu Picchu, I got extremely sick. I couldn't walk two steps without crapping myself. Check out was that morning and I begged them for any room, didn't care if it was used or anything. I just need a place, until my transportation back to Lima was available. They gave me a room free of charge until the afternoon. Beyond kind and excellent hotel. Highly recommend to stay there during your adventures to Machu Piccu!

The room was small but fairly clean, overall only around 2-3 star standard, but the price wasn't cheap. While showering, I discovered a drainage problem; after about 3 minutes, the floor was flooded with about 2-3 centimeters of water. The hairdryer was also broken, and the mattress was slightly dented. When I reported this to the front desk, I didn't receive a good response initially, but after some negotiation, they agreed to change my room. Excellent service Janet did us a favor and helped us out of a tight spot even though she wasn't obligated to.

Very close to the train station, so it's noisy. Unfortunately, the duvet in the room was dirty. There's a musty smell in the bathroom, but it's hard to tell; they've probably tried to remove it. Generally, everything looks very old and worn. The service, however, is very friendly. They also speak English. You can leave your luggage there after check-out. It's okay for one or two nights, but you don't really need it for more than that.

It was a good decision; our room, 703, was very nice. We didn't hear the trains and slept comfortably. The breakfast buffet is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room wasn't anything special, but the hotel's location is very good, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service from Janeth, the receptionist, was excellent.

It's very close to the station, the rooms are fine, however, the cleanliness in the common areas isn't the best; the bathrooms in the dining room smell awful. Also, I didn't love the breakfast; there wasn't much variety and by 7:30 there was practically nothing left...

Wonderful comfortable hotel, friendly staff

Great location right on train rail; noisy at times. Clean bathroom and sheets. Furniture worn and stained. Questionable carpet in rooms. Staff were sometimes hel, sometimes indifferent. Food okay. Would not stay there again

Super close to the train station and very convenient for catching the first train to Machu Picchu in the morning. The room was clean and warm (it was January). The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new with instant hot water. Breakfast had plenty of options. It's a place to stop over, and for my needs, it's more than adequate.
