The place is very nice, the facilities are excellent and of very good quality, and the staff is great. The problem is the man at reception, who I believe is the owner. He's very overbearing. Several times I've been there, he's tried to initiate some kind of sexual contact with me. He's unprofessional and thinks that, because he's in charge of the establishment, he can do whatever he wants. He doesn't respect the customers. I've read several comments here that say the same thing about him.
Great location in Miraflores, safe, clean place and good service
I enjoyed the experience; everything was quite organized and the service was good. Comfortable atmosphere.

Flawless! I loved it
The Asian staff there had a very unprofessional atitude to me, as other people mentioned he seems to have tried to charge me twice, he sent me weird messages on a chat app , he thinks he is a joker but he turns customers away as other reviews have said . He made some offers to me and I said no and then again he insisted and it made me very uncomfortable. People come there to relax and not to be a boyfriend for that asian guy.
