I stayed here and I wasn’t pleased at all with the staff. They could’ve done a much better job with how they treat their guests. Please be very careful with them.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Right on the beach. On the quiet side which we found relaxing and peaceful. Restaurant had good food, bit pricey. $40 taxi to downtown.

The room is fine. Pillows are horrible and they wont replace them called two times in 2 days and no one came. Thats not a good hotel. They didnt take care of the seaweeds when we were there. They dump everything just next door where they are building apartments its a horrible sight. Imagine staying next to a construction site. Maybe its done by now, better check. The location and beach is better by the Bahamar. We took our walks there every day because it was nicer. Imagine paying so much and having to walk to other hotels. Restaurant is good. Important warning: Watch out for the person disguised as hotel staff offering welcome gifts at the lobby. They will offer you a free lunch in exchange for a "one-hour meeting," claiming its just to show you Bahamas and recommend island activities. They end up pitching timeshare packages ranging from $35k to $130k, and if you don't bite, they downgrade the pitch to a $5k trial plan with two free vacations. While no one is holding a gun to your head to sign, a quick search for LLVC Vacation Club on Reddit or the BBB will reveal the countless issues you will likely face down the road with this LLVC membership. LLVCs contract violates the Bahamas Time Share Act but they know you wont hire a lawyer in Bahamas to challenge them or get anywhere far on the matter. Big fish eats small. The hotel will claim that they are not affiliated with the timeshare company. However, despite operating under different legal names, the sales guy told us that the hotel owner and the owner of the Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club (LLVC) are long time business partners and that they are investors in LLVC. The LLVC Bahamas back office operations are in the hotel. They even use a room as demo for their sales pitch. During lunch, the dining area is used to pitch guests brought in from other resorts. My experience here left me feeling sketched out after seeing the amount of salespeople pitching while trying to enjoy my vacation. I will never trust or stay at any Wynn Hospitality properties again (not be confused with Wynn Resorts Las Vegas,

Loved it! The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was SO good, and I loved that they offer room service 😌. Lunch was good as well. We did go off the resort for dinner, so I can’t speak on the dinner options there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort!

I booked the hotel through Booking.com. One week before our stay was due to begin, we found out that the Bahamas required Argentine citizens to present a yellow fever vaccination certificate. The Bahamas is almost the only destination in the Caribbean that requires Argentinians to be vaccinated against yellow fever at least 10 days before entering the country. One week before our stay was due to begin, I requested a free cancellation of the reservation due to this situation, which was beyond our control. I contacted the hotel in several ways, both by email and through Booking.com’s internal messaging system, but no one responded or provided us with any information. I do not recommend this hotel , they were very inconsiderate regarding our situation . No one even replied to us . It´s shameful that they did not show any consideration for us. This is the premier resort in Nassau, the place is an all in one, I could put enough good things about the resort in one review. It’s got the best view of the ocean and by far the nicest pool looking over the beach and ocean from every angle.

Worst experience ever. Staff is rude and acts like you’re inconveniencing them when asking for anything. Seems like everyone has the same rotten attitude. Food was decent but is not worth the price at all. Waste of money. There are better islands.

Most people are generally nice but compared to Jamaican resorts like excellence oyster bay, not even a slight comparison. Bar staff straight up rude and seemed pissed to be there. Energy not good at all. Prices are insane.
