My stay at The Palms Belize Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Belize. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything needed for a great stay. One of the best parts was the location—it’s close to many attractions while still feeling quiet and private. The surroundings are beautiful, and the overall vibe of the hotel is warm and inviting. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend The Palms Belize Hotel to anyone visiting Belize. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy great hospitality, and create unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights at The Palms Kings Park before heading down to Placencia, and it was the perfect start to our trip. The hotel has a charming boutique feel — colorful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Our rooms (Deluxe Studio, King Bed, Pool View) were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for relaxing after travel days. The beds were especially comfortable — always a big win when you’re adjusting to a new climate and early flights. The location worked well for us: •   Easy access to the airport •   Walkable to the waterfront •   Close to restaurants and bars •   About a block from an excellent coffee shop (Baked — highly recommend) We walked along the coastline and around the neighborhood and felt comfortable doing so. Like any city, you should be aware of your surroundings, but we never felt unsafe. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and communication before arrival was smooth. Check-in was easy, and everything matched the booking description. If you’re planning to spend a night or two in Belize City — either at the start or end of your trip — The Palms is a great boutique option that feels more personal than a large hotel chain. Would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel close enough to the airport. Clean, friendly and comfortable.

This place is amazing , super clean, good looking , spacious rooms ! Worths it The staff is the best special mention to Sheridan she made my trip recommended me nice places, she was really available and loves what she does we can feel it in her energy. She has to be the employee of the month and deserve a raise haha ! All of this made me book a 2nd night . Thank you

Beautiful boutique hotel. 12 rooms, with the only difference being king or two queen beds. Not luxurious but very modern and cozy. The pool is sufficient and gets plenty of direct sun during the day. There are lounge chairs as well as outdoor sofas for chilling. The spa is on the first floor with the minuscule gym above. There is no water offered in the gym. The rooms are spacious and bright. The corner room 204 has large windows and an ample, furnished balcony. Inside the fully stocked kitchenette you’ll find everything you need for an extended stay. There is a minibar and snacks at an additional cost. Water and coffee are provided only upon check in. Extra coffee pods are $5USD if needed, however, the coffee shop nearby has large hot coffees to go for less. The hotel is impeccably clean, as well as the grounds. I would recommend this hotel although there’s not much to do around here.

Very nice rooms. This is more of an Airbnb not really a hotel, there is no room service or daily cleaning. There is a microwave but no cooktop or pots so no cooking. We didn't personally need this but just letting others know.

Centrally located in Belize City, with great service, nice big rooms, and a wonderful pool

It was good

The two-bedroom suite was well-appointed with everything you'd expect from a modern hotel. My kids loved the pool and my wife enjoyed hitting the treadmill in the gym. The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood, which we prefer to get a more culturally authentic experience. Checking in was seamless and the property is very well maintained. My entire family, including young kids, walked to a nearby restaurant after sunset and had a great meal. We would definitely stay here again.
