I enjoy watching drag show’s here but the food quality doesn’t match the price…I do understand however that is probably because its an expensive place to maintain and run and its nice to have food while drinking—just wish it was more bar food prices!

Honey, you don't go to a gay bar for the food! But does it have a patio? Since summer only lasts a week in Edmonton, I'm not spending it indoors! Which gay bars have patios?

Came here with my partner for ANDS and was surely disappointed. It was quite busy, which is absolutely expected, but after sitting for 45 minutes we were not served whatsoever. The servers would come to every table but ours. I had to ask for them to serve us, to which they said our table wasn’t a table??? Though it was a table placed 5 feet from another one that was getting served? After placing our order, the food came out in a reasonable time and was quite good. Another thing is the hosting was garbage. The host Rob, who is also the owner is clearly not good at hosting a well put together show. Not only is it a known fact that the show is rigged for Edmonton, but he was very clearly trashing any drag that wasn’t from Edmonton, the whole show. Which is funny considering the only good drag star in the competition from Edmonton was Pepper. All in all I hope they host ANDS at another establishment because I can’t see myself coming here again. Terrible service, terrible hosting, terrible owner, and a competition you have to pay for when everyone knows who’s winning anyways? And it’s not because they’re any better than the other cities that compete.

Great safe gay space

Great gay lounge-great place to meet people. Decent menu, lots of cocktails. Jukebox. Different entertainment nightly.

Went for the second time ever and first time on my own. I was so nervous. I hadn't really been in bars at all, wasnt sure how everything worked or really how to go about my night. I got there early for a drag show Evo had on, and River was my server. They were patient, kind and helped me figure out how things worked. I went from being extremely nervous and worried, to a lot more secure and less stressed. River's kindness and patience changed my night around completely. Having social anxiety makes these events hard to go to, especially on my own. So thank you to River and Evo for a great experience.
