Great location for airport and high noon park

The night manager on July 18, 2026, demonstrated a complete lack of problem-solving skills and customer service. It is honestly difficult to understand how someone with this level of professionalism is qualified to be a hotel manager. When we checked into our room, we found dog hair and what appeared to be dried nasal mucus on the bed sheets, garbage still left in the trash can, and leftover food from the previous guest in the refrigerator. These issues clearly indicate that the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s response. Instead of replacing the bedding or arranging for housekeeping to handle the situation, he simply handed us clean sheets and asked us to change the bed ourselves. As paying guests, we should never be expected to do housekeeping because the hotel failed to clean the room properly. To make matters worse, the manager claimed he was compensating us by waiving the parking fee. However, the front desk had already informed us at check-in that parking had been waived, and we later confirmed this with another staff member. Presenting an existing benefit as “compensation” was misleading and dishonest. This was not just a housekeeping failure—it was a management failure. A capable manager should take ownership of the problem, apologize sincerely, and provide an appropriate solution. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I sincerely hope Sheraton reviews the training and standards of its management team. This experience fell far below the level of service I expect from a Hilton property, and I cannot recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, as were the common areas. I'm a clean-freak, so this matters to us. The rooms were well-maintained and the staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant had amazing food and was open early and stayed open late. For late-night munchies, the lobby has a great selection of snacks and drinks, as well as toiletries and travel supplies. The pool facilities were clean and maintained (it's unfortunate the slide was out-of-commission as that would have been a hit with the kids). The hotel is in a great location, right off the main highway, with several fast-food restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Our only complaints were the lack of parking, especially if returning later at night, and the need for more accessible outlets in the rooms for charging phones/electronics.

Staff was rude, with no customer service. 40+ rooms leaving on Sunday and staff wouldn't grant a late check out
