Perfect hotel, excellent service and a fantastic massage with Sophie

What a gem lying just outside the old city gates. You find peace here just outside the gates and you can dive upright into the hustle of the old Quebec anytime you wish. The service is Exceptional — particularly Ms Sylvia at the front desk and Melvin who opened our bag for us after a malfunctioning lock. Really, this team bends over backwards to over deliver and it is a true credit to Canada.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. You should definitely use the valet parking; don't park yourself. It's well worth the extra ten Canadian dollars. The parking garage is a bit of a walk from the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was comfortable, the room and facilities in great condition and the service was just superb. We visited during FEQ (Festival d’été de Quebec) and the location is great for catching the festival or if you’re attending any events at the Plains of Abraham it’s within walking distance. Very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was great, definitely recommend adding to your reservation if not already included. Valet parking is very convenient and you get in-and-out privileges. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked very refreshing, the fitness centre has a lot of equipment and cardio machines. Shoutout to Alicja from the Concierge team for taking really good care of us during our stay.

Was right next to the summer festival so really loud music every evening. Couldn't sleep until it ended after 10.30pm. Really poor communication from the hotel. Why weren't we told about this awful noise when we checked in?
