Terrible experience. Very dirty, and the photos of the room don't reflect reality at all. Mold on the windows. Not worth the price. Never again!

My mother and I are extremely disappointed. No wardrobe, no trash can. No elevator and lots of stairs, and they're very dirty. The bathroom isn't very clean. There was a pile of hair on the floor. The air conditioner was above one of the beds. There was mold on the windows and they were very dirty. The pictures we saw on Booking.com of our rooms don't match reality. We paid $300 and we're really not satisfied. The bed is noisy too. In short, a very bad experience.

We never saw anyone at reception, despite a coded door to get in! Otherwise, steep stairs and a bed that's more of a trampoline than a bed.

Perfect for a lovely visit to downtown Quebec City, a beautiful and very clean place. A lovely view from our room... I highly recommend this impeccable place... and really close to all the places to visit 🤟💯❤️

We paid $70 + tax for a room with a double bed. For that price and location, we were expecting the worst... Surprisingly, no! Very clean, friendly staff, good coffee in the morning. Admittedly, there were a few minor issues (like a broken lamp/bulb in the room), but nothing serious. I recommend it to any couple looking for an affordable hotel in one of the best locations in Old Quebec!

My friend and I arrived one beautiful March morning. We were greeted by an excellent host who not only gave us a warm welcome but also captivated us with his fluid, eloquent, and engaging manner. His advice served us well for the rest of our stay and indeed, for the rest of our lives! The next morning, he thoughtfully knocked on our door three times at precisely 9:00 a.m., his gentle hand gently waking us with tenderness, kindness, and above all, goodness! We had a fabulous stay thanks to our host's culinary and cultural recommendations! A huge thank you, and a bittersweet farewell, to this city, which is brimming with unusual and ever-evolving places! Long live the free city of Quebec (we highly recommend the castle and the BeaverTails).

The location is spectacular, right next to the famous Quebec hotel, with a park across the street. The room was exactly what we needed: a place to rest, warm up, and feel safe. Rodri was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice.

Super excellent location just at side of chateau Frontenac... Parking of chateau it's just at side also... Just few meters in distance..... No people serving on the counter
