Caution when booking a room over the phone. Once your booking is complete they will offer you 500 “welcome points” and forward you to another line without giving any actual context. Turns out it’s an aggressive sales tactic. They will bombard you with questions about your income/family and finally offer you “deals” on stays at their US locations. The person offered $299 for 3 nights in Vegas. I told him no. Then he went down to $199 and eventually $99. If Hilton is prepared to offer $99 then why start with $299? It’s sleazy, predatory, and frankly far beneath what one would expect from an international hotel brand. They also don’t tell you the catch is you have to sit through another predatory timeshare presentation to get that pricing. Last, if you decline like I did, you will never actually receive your “welcome points”. So they are wasting your time. TLDR: if you absolutely need to stay here, book online or hang up immediately after your booking is complete. I am now considering cancelling my reservation by how offputting this was

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The level of cleanliness, communication, and service did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed basic housekeeping items had been overlooked. The soap dispenser was nearly empty, the toilet paper roll had only a few squares remaining, and the bed sheets had visible stains. To the hotel’s credit, the sheets were replaced after we brought it to their attention. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel back in January was specifically for the pool. However, we were only informed upon arrival that the pool had been closed since March. This was extremely frustrating, especially during a fully booked weekend when finding alternate accommodations was not realistic. Although management offered to waive the $16 parking fee or provide a refund if we chose to leave, neither option truly addressed the inconvenience caused by the lack of prior notice. The restaurant experience was also very poor. Our group of four was the only table in the restaurant, yet service was inattentive throughout the meal. Orders and drinks were mixed up, likely because nothing was written down, and staff never returned to check on the table, offer refills, or ask how the meal was. In addition, the downtown area surrounding the hotel did not feel particularly comfortable or secure, especially around the parking lot in the evening. Finally, the checkout experience felt unprofessional and lacked any sense of hospitality or accountability. We were simply handed our receipt without being asked about our stay or offered any acknowledgment of the concerns we had raised during our visit. Overall, this stay did not reflect the standards we expected, and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again. I did bring these issues to management but never received a response in 3 weeks.

We were treated well,the accomadated us with just debitvisa card.very proffesional staff was and very nice the cleaning ladys were.

With low occupancy, I never knew the shower would take ten to fifteen minutes to warm up until I left. Other than that friendly staff and central location

The swimming pool is almost always closed when it times to check in. Super annoying.

Great rooms, great guest services. Breakfast host did a a great job and was very attentive.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately, the level of customer service fell well below expectations. At check-in, there was no communication regarding the pool and hot tub closures or the ongoing construction during our stay. Additionally, the front desk did not provide any basic information about breakfast, amenities, or available dining options, which set a disappointing tone from the start. More concerning was the lack of hot water for the entire weekend. We notified the front desk twice, yet a service technician was not sent until the day before our departure. This resulted in a 35-minute delay while he inspected the issue, causing us to be late for a scheduled Easter dinner—only for the problem to remain unresolved. Upon checkout, I raised these concerns with the on-duty manager, who even acknowledged there is an ongoing issue with the boiler! However, I was told that because we chose not to move rooms (why should I be inconvenienced to probably only find another room yet with no hot water?), this represented the best level of service they could provide. I STRONGLY disagree. When paying a premium nightly rate, access to hot water is a basic and reasonable expectation. While the rooms themselves were acceptable, the lack of proactive communication, failure to resolve a fundamental issue, and unwillingness to take accountability significantly impacted our experience. Based on this, I would not return.

Stayed for four nights. It was a great stay, never had a problem. This is the hotel I book everytime I go to Saskatoon!

I went on business and it was amazing. The conference room was great and the staff was amazing. I would come back just for the staff. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The food was very yummy, I loved the buffet.

Hotel is located across from the Midtown Mall and for $15.95/day you can park underground there. This was bonus because on the nights we stayed, temperature dropped to -27. The hotel is showing it's age and there was a major kitchen renovation going on. We attended the buffet breakfast ($20/person) which probably would be free at many other hotels, only to be confronted by excessive construction dust covering every surface of the dining area. I have included photos of "plate storage" to show just how much dust. All staff were extremely apologetic about the conditions, but didn't seem to do much to correct the situation.
