They charged $143 for a room that had not even been cleaned. I took out the rubbish, because I did not want to sleep in a messy room. We didn't shower, because the towels were dirty. I had to ask for clean sheets, as the bed had not even been made, and slept on top of the covers as the "clean" sheet looked used as well. Their "free wifi" did not work. Afterwards I had to threaten them with the RCMP to get my security deposit back. Seedy place!

Ask about the price before hand and was 53$ with tax=67 then walked from airport to here , just to be told the room is now 400 dollars

I had hopes for a good rest and a clean room before having surgery in the morning. To start with, our room was on the back side of the building. We were unable to park in front of our room because there were vehicles on either side of our spot and a fence running along the other side of the parking that we couldn't get in to the tight spot, so had to park 2 rooms down. When we tried to enter our room, my partner tried 3 times to open the door and it wouldn't budge. On the fourth try I had to give it a bit of shove to open it. It turns out that the door had been previously kicked in as the door was damage and split down the center and a metal plate was on the door frame. I locked the door when we entered. The floors and table top were sticky, there were two towels (one which was stained), one face cloth and no bath mat, which was frustrating because I needed to shower and be clean before surgery. There was hair and dirt on the fitted sheet and hair on the top side of the top sheet. I went to shower and saw the state of bathroom. The paint was peeling off the tub, water stain on sagging ceiling tile above the tub, and soap (something pink in color) on the back of the shower tile. I turned on the hot water tap and water showered down on top of me. I attempted to push in the shower spigot to turn the water off and the knob for the hot water fell off. I called for my partner to help turn on the cold water because it was turned so tight, it wouldn't budge. The floor was drenched after my shower since there was no bath mat or extra towel. I left the curtains open to sleep because I was unsure of the place since seeing the door. People were up talking and partying so it was hard to sleep. The vehicle in front of our window came on and their headlights lit up the room so we both had a hard time sleeping. The worst was while we were asleep in the middle of the night, someone walked into our room!! He apologized and left. When I said something to the front staff the next morning, he said oh that was because someone gave him the wrong room key, sorry. Then told us our $150 deposit from the worst hotel experience will come off in 24 hours! Deposit for what exactly??? No attempt to rectify what happened. I'll never stay there again!

Near downtown Sask and great value for the money if you are here for work lots of parking and rooms available.

There was an issue with the washroom and after they dealt with the problem, we were offered a 50% discount for one nights stay. We definitely took advantage of that deal!

Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. The parking lot was full of garbage, the reception area was nasty dirty. Floors hadn't been washed in what seemed like months. The room was disgusting. Burn holes everywhere, unknown substances on the furniture, gum stuck to the headboard. Carpet hadn't even been vacuumed. Mirrors were dirty. Room smelled terrible. Blood and other grime on the walls. There was no where else to staying Saskatoon other than this place or we would've left. It was so bad we went and bought our own sheets and comforter. One positive, the staff were friendly.

It was old and outdated rooms plain but clean.Staff were very friendly and helpful.For the price very reasonable

Location and staff were excellent!! Rooms were comfy and enjoyable. A few loud people at the bar at night. Disturbed our sleep a bit.

I wanted to book it, but thanks to whoever commented and warned us about it. I can't stand a dirty place or any disturbance.

AVOID THIS PLACE. They will kick you out in the middle of the night even if you have a confirmed reservation. We paid in full ahead of time on Booking.com and specifically noted a late-night check-in. However, when we arrived, they had clearly overbooked and refused to let us in with a ridiculously poor attitude. After a brief conversation, they simply closed the front desk and walked away, leaving us stranded. It is Spring Break, and we are now unable to find any other accommodation. Do not trust them.
