This was a wonderful resort for a girls trip to Mexico. With an assortment of pools for every attitude, wide open white sandy beach they keep clean, excellent meals served at every restaurant and drinks that keep flowing, four doctor friends enjoyed every moment of this three night trip. We didn’t even bother with the ocean view room because we could watch the sunset from our lagoon view. Set your alarm and get up to see the sunrise at least one morning! You won’t regret it. Take the trip.

Really beautiful resort. All of the food was really amazing. I do wish there were more hot tubs because they fill up fast but otherwise perfect. Unfortunately we booked for adjoining rooms with our children but were told they did not accommodate that request so we ended up having to split up with one adult per child per room. They at least got us on the same floor, though the rooms were on opposite sides of the floor. One room was right by the front so the multiple nights that there were late parties hosted at the restaurant near the entrance all you could here the boom of the base until like 1 am. Also the initial pressure to attend a sales pitch to join their membership (like a timeshare) in exchange for a massage coupon was terrible. If you go through and agree to do the pitch they will charge you a deposit (I think it was $20) so you will actually show up to the pitch. It really is a waste of time, all the massage time slots are booked out for days so the likelihood you get to actually use it is slim. Unfortunately I don't think we will be back due to the room issue and the sales tactics.

They only clean the rooms every other day unless you are a rewards member. The buffet options are much more minimal compared to other resorts

The hotel is nice and clean. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but acceptable. I couldn't enjoy it much because you have to book meals at the restaurants days in advance, which we didn't like. Since we had an all-inclusive package, we should have been included in the restaurant menus. Anyway, the breakfast and dinner buffets weren't to my liking, so I preferred to go out and find a restaurant outside the hotel. The waiters are good, and the drinks are delicious. One thing I didn't like, compared to other hotels, is that their pools close at 6 pm. For me, that's too early, and I think it's the best time to enjoy them. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I would probably return, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I went to the Resort for our honeymoon and the room was upgraded after a couple of nights. The food is great (especially the Sushi and the Pina Colada restaurant). Our favourite hard worker was Ramon- he made our stay so great. His fast and personalised food service was amazing and I wouldn't have anyone else. Please request him 🙏

We honestly had an amazing vacation. The hotel has a buffet and several restaurants, so there's a variety of food for both adults and children. I recommend the La Vista buffet (with a lake view) for breakfast, the La Piña bar for lunch with an ocean view, and the La Paloma buffet for dinner, as it doesn't require reservations and has several options. The service was truly warm and welcoming; the waiters were very friendly and attentive. There's a team of people who provide entertainment throughout the day with various activities within the hotel. They were also very friendly. At 11 pm, there's a nightclub where you can dance until 1 am, and outside there's a stand with tacos, hamburgers, and hot dogs. There's also a kids' club for the little ones. All of this made our stay very comfortable, and we only took two excursions since we didn't want to spend our days at the hotel, where we truly enjoyed spending time as a family in the pool, on the beach, in the lobby at night (where they also have entertainment and activities), and at the various restaurants. I recommend it and would visit this hotel again.

We enjoyed a weeks stay in the Wyndham Grand Cancun. The resort offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Both pool bars are great. Especialy the jacuzzi poolbar down at the beach. The buffet restaurant is great although we did expect a bit more options during Thursdays BBQ night. Lots of options for food and snacks throughout the day at the snack bar, the sushi bar and the Mexican restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful when renting a car.
