The pool is dirty; the hotel isn't worth the price.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning to check in, very tired, and at first we thought we were in for a terrible experience. The young man on the night shift seemed very confused, as if he were exhausted or had just woken up. All we could understand from what he was saying was basically "I don't know," and we couldn't understand anything else. It took him a very long time to give us our room, almost 2 a.m. After all that, we went to sleep. Our stay turned out to be quite pleasant, despite that. The rooms were clean and spacious. The morning staff was fantastic! They answered all our questions clearly and were very attentive! The tall, bearded young man in the lobby was very kind, polite, and good with children. The maids were very friendly and always smiling. It was a completely different experience from what we expected when we arrived!

Nice hotel near downtown and the Malecón in Ensenada. The only downside is the limited parking (the receptionist very kindly moved his car so we could park ours!). The rooms were clean and tidy. They could have changed some of the towels and blankets, but that's normal in hotels... as long as they're clean and smell good, everything's fine! The food at the restaurant was decent, and the waitresses were attentive, although one of them was a little distracted, but nothing out of the ordinary, haha. We would definitely return!

We booked a room for four adults, but the air conditioning wasn't working. We asked to change rooms, and they sent us to a smaller one. The bathroom door didn't even work; it was covered with black tape. The pool is very small, and the jacuzzi had problems with the foam. The reception staff didn't greet us or help us open doors when we had luggage. The only friendly people were the cleaning staff!

Simple room, no refrigerator or microwave, very limited parking.

Nice hotel, well located and good facilities, needs to improve additional services or cafeteria.

This place used to be on my favorites list, but I've already removed it... Let me explain: They left us horrible, threadbare towels, there wasn't a drop of shampoo, just one tiny bar of soap (for hands), but they don't provide any body wash in the shower. There was also just one cheap roll of toilet paper... And to top it all off, a spider appeared!!! They need to fumigate the rooms; my child slept in that bed so scary!! And the air conditioner makes a noise when the fan turns off... I'm never going back. Besides, there's no parking; you have to park on the street. The only redeeming quality of the place was a very attentive lady at the reception desk on the night shift, who explained the situation and did what she could. (She was very kind and gave me towels, but she explained that she didn't have access to any shampoo or soap)... Please take note and check these points 🙏😓🥲

Adults in pool area until late hours of the night and their children running around the entire outside areas, playing on stairs, shouting. Not sure where the staff was, but nobody said anything to them. Rooms are clean, but sliding door was stuck, so very difficult to open. The screen door fir it was also off the rail. The showers designs are pretty, but they don't have doors so water was all the way out the bathroom door by the time 3 of us showered, that's with towels already on the floor. Other than that, the staff is pleasant and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious, made to order, and service is great there too.

Loved it. Good location if you like walking. It was close enough to parks and old downtown. Only issue some might have is lack of parking if there's an event nearby. The Cafe was pleasant, the menu offered many choices for breakfast.

Check-in was very quick (excellent because we were starving!) and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even helping us with our luggage! The only downside I could mention is that parking is limited, but even so, he moved his own car to let us have a spot! We had a really pleasant stay, felt like our comfort was important to them, and we will definitely recommend the hotel and return!
