What reviewers say

Visitors often praise the hotel's good location near downtown and the Malecón, with some finding the rooms clean and comfortable. However, multiple guests report issues with cleanliness, including dirty floors and pools, and several experienced poor service from reception staff, particularly during night shifts.

This was going to be my second time staying here, but I received incredibly rude and arrogant treatment from reception. Zero customer service, what a shame.

The hotel is very well located and beautiful, but we had very dirty rooms. The reception at night is practically nonexistent; we asked for an extra towel and toilet paper several times, and the young man just kept saying he'd look into it or something like that. The third time we went downstairs (at 2 a.m.!), he was still asleep! If it weren't for the food at the restaurant and the service from a few staff members, this hotel wouldn't even get one star!

We only stayed one day. Upon arrival, we had a problem because our room wasn't ready, but they quickly offered us one with better access since we had children and a baby, so we were carrying a lot of luggage. There were two adults, three children, and a baby. They gave us a double room, and we were very comfortable. The children mostly spent the afternoon enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. The next day, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Parking is at street level, but the view from our room allowed us to see our car from there. There's an Oxxo convenience store and a Caffenio nearby for our convenience. The location is central, and it's a small hotel. We had a good experience and received excellent service from the staff. ☺️

A decent hotel for the night, for the price it's just okay.

The bed is quite comfortable, the pillows are soft, and the sheets smelled lovely and clean. The room has a coffee maker and coffee, and water. There are several outlets for charging all your devices. The only downside I would mention is that the room I stayed in had a dirty floor. I forgot to bring flip-flops, and my feet were covered in dirt as soon as I got out of the shower. The air conditioning and heating are quite outdated but functional.
