Excellent location

This place has so much potential. The exterior is very nice, but the rooms (or at least the one I stayed in, Casa Suculenta) are awful. It seems like they haven't been maintained since they were built. The water is hot for only one minute, then it turns completely cold for two minutes, before becoming super hot again after a while. It's impossible to save water when the temperature is constantly changing, and you have to get out until it settles. The water faucet doesn't work anymore, and you have to make millimeter-precise adjustments to get the desired temperature. The bedroom doors are sagging and make a lot of noise when you open and close them. At night, you end up waking everyone up if you get up to go to the bathroom. Only one of the rooms has AC, so if you go in the summer, be prepared to sweat. The bathroom fixtures are broken and falling apart. And now for the worst part: I got locked in the bathroom because the lock didn't work. They had to open it from the outside with a knife since I couldn't get out. If I had been alone, I would have had to break down the door.

Everything was excellent. I had a minor issue with a lock, but the staff was very friendly and said they would fix it.
