Excellent hotel service

Excellent hosts overall. Its location and amenities make it a great option for business meetings. On this occasion, we were able to participate in the tourism forum promoting Chile, and everything went exceptionally well.

Nice hotel, great customer service. Gets a bit loud & noisy often, especially at night.. Could be a bit cleaner as well!

And I don't know what to do if I don't understand you or anything and I tell you that it can't be done, I'll see you at night and I'll tell you something about that, the other one is for a while more or less and I'll give it to you in the afternoon and I'll tell you that I'll tell you something, that I'll tell you something about what I don't know is the one that's at night and it brought me down

A pretty top-notch place, the food is quite good.

If you go with big kids and need privacy after you shower, then this is not the place lol. The bathroom is separated with the room with a transparent curtain and you can see everything. Location is amazing though.

This is an excellent location to stay while in Mexico City. It's just across Reforma from the Auditório for concerts, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, and an easy Uber to other colonias like Roma. It's got modern style, a couple of nice bars, and the absolute best breakfast! Highly recommend.

The bartender was very friendly and helpful.

What a disappointment! It's disheartening that at a spa (AwaySpa) inside a luxury hotel, they treat you so poorly, demanding payment to reserve the space before you can even use it. When I arrived, they offered no options. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they refused. I'm a hotelier by profession, and in our industry, the customer always comes first, and we're always right. That's why I'm sharing my experience so you can address this issue. I won't be returning, but I trust that, given the chain you represent, you'll improve.
