20 June 2026--- update in progress 23 August 2022 The hotel is super guest friendly and very near to Good restaurants, e.g., Manav Thai, and Karpos, by walkable distance. The room was perfect & decorative. All amenities were there, along with Small Mini Bar. They have Travel Concierge from Hotel-Airport-Hotel and must book in advance or by Call. The Breakfast is very costly($575) but ok with business travelers. This hotel is at a Prime location and has all shops nearby. I will comeback in my next stay.
From where I needed to be was far, not correct info on app. Very expensive. My fault all other hotels listed was in peso W was in USD Buyer beware.
Exquisite
Fantastic. And great service from the staff and everyone who attended to us at the W Hotel. Today I want to congratulate them; we truly felt very comfortable, very much at home. It was a very pleasant meeting. The place is quiet and very modern, and it's perfect for quick meetings or meetings with important people, friends, etc. It has an excellent location in the heart of the Polanco hotel district. By the way, for those who love coffee fit for a head of state or a "capi di capi," they know how to make the "Fredo Lupo" Sicilian coffee.
