AHF México Tijuana

AHF México's Tijuana office offers free, confidential HIV and STI testing. It's upstairs at Puente México 8202, opposite a 7-Eleven: climb the stairs and ring the AHF bell. Reviews through September 2026 describe quick tests, clear explanations and a respectful, safe-feeling space. Hours are Monday to Friday 12–8 pm and Saturday 12–4 pm. For PrEP, the state CAPASITS clinic also provides it free.
