この場所について AHF México Tijuana
AHF México's Tijuana office offers free, confidential HIV and STI testing. It's upstairs at Puente México 8202, opposite a 7-Eleven: climb the stairs and ring the AHF bell. Reviews through September 2026 describe quick tests, clear explanations and a respectful, safe-feeling space. Hours are Monday to Friday 12–8 pm and Saturday 12–4 pm. For PrEP, the state CAPASITS clinic also provides it free.

Highly recommended, they are very friendly. It's hidden but worth looking for; it's across from a 7-Eleven.
