Very good. Pleasant. Good atmosphere, lots of people from various places, always open
As a gay man, it's surprising and uncomfortable to experience discrimination in a space that should be safe and welcoming for us. The experience in a gay bar should be precisely the opposite, and yet, I've encountered situations that have left me perplexed. First, I acknowledge that the waiters' service is excellent when it comes to ordering drinks and tipping. However, the situation changes drastically when interacting with the strippers. I've felt discriminated against and, at times, disgusted by the attention men receive compared to women. I've visited gay bars in more than 12 countries over the course of 20 years, and I've never encountered a place where the staff was 90% heterosexual men. After several visits and observations, it's clear that the strippers and waiters show a clear preference for women, behaving possessively and, at times, excessively intimately. In contrast, when a man tries to approach, the attention is limited, curt, and often distant, as if they feel uncomfortable or even disgusted. This conclusion stems from conversations I've had with several of them. Apparently, all the strippers and waiters are heterosexual, which influences their behavior toward the male clientele. My question for those who run these establishments is clear: if gay men, who keep the business going, start to feel discriminated against and belittled, do they really expect us to continue supporting these places? I anticipate that if this unequal treatment isn't addressed, many will stop going, as is already happening elsewhere. The situation at Premier is a clear example of how a lack of attention can drive customers away. I suggest considering more inclusive hiring practices. It's not about excluding anyone, but about balancing representation. Including women, heterosexual men, gay men, and bisexuals can make a significant difference in customer service. It would be an innovative and positive step for Tijuana, allowing customers to choose who they prefer to serve them or provide the entertainment.
Good place to hang out but DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THE WAITERS A DRINK
It is a fun, welcoming place. Wonderful staff, wide variety of men. We come here every time we are in town.
This guy mario tried charging me a ridiculous amount for one drink. I got up and left
