But small on the downstairs room but impeccable service.

I was on a roadtrip with my wife and we stumbled on to this hotel and we both were happily surprised. This hotel experience was beautiful. They have a lot of services and it just felt so elegant. For the price point it was also a solid deal! We had an amazing experience and we both said if we ever were to come back to ABQ, we would definitely stay there again. Admittedly, the only photos I have from our stay are of the dog! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in downtown Albuquerque. If you are traveling with a dog, I highly recommend this location; at check-in, our pup was greeted with a toy and a treat. The grounds are beautiful and include a convenient fenced-in dog run. The dog fee was $75 for the whole stay, which I found to be fair. Our room was excellent, located on the first floor for easy access to the outdoors, and had a spacious bathroom and a comfortable king bed. The area is very safe, doors are locked and require key entry throughout the property, and security is on site. Other postings talk about a park nearby with unhoused individuals; we did not find this to be an issue whatsoever. We enjoyed the delicious on-site bar (tip: dogs are not allowed, so we brought our drinks downstairs to enjoy with her— the old fashioned was wonderful!) and the hotel’s proximity to several fabulous restaurants. While we encountered a minor check-in issue due to our third-party booking, the staff was very kind and handled the situation professionally. My only suggestion would be to offer hot, made-to-order breakfast options; given the price point, we expected a bit more from breakfast. I highly recommend giving this hotel a stay!

We normally stay at the Hotel Andaluz but wanted to try something different this time. The Hotel Parq Central is a really nice building and grounds. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. When we checked in for our 4 night stay, we told the desk clerk that the wife couldn't do stairs and had a hard time with steps. I'm not much better. They gave us a nice room in one of the cottages. There were some steps, but we were told from the room to the parking lot that there were none. The wife asked about morning coffee, the room not being equipped with a coffee maker, and having to navigate the steps to the breakfast area. We were told that there was coffee service every morning in the family room next to us. We'll guess what, there was none the entire 4 days we were there. When the wife called the desk later, the clerk said to call the desk, and some would be brought to us. We tried that, and the guy at the desks' attitude was like, "You're kidding, right? Also, the ice was on the second floor, and since the cottage was only 2 stories, there was no elevator. After the 2nd morning with no coffee, I inquired about moving to the main building. Nope, sorry, I'm we're all booked up. I then mentioned changing to a different hotel and was told that due to hotel policy that we would still be charged for the full 4 days. Again, the hotel and grounds were very nice but not nice enough to make up for the rest. To say the least, we were very dissatisfied.

Wonderful front desk team and the rooms are luxurious. Don’t forget to visit the 4th floor for dining and the magnificent rooftop view of the city and the sunsets.

This is my 3rd review, bc I'm just grateful of all the employees and the experience. Everything was perfect, easy parking, lovely lobby, rooms were so spacious, gorgeous and extremely clean, I felt I was at home but extra spoiled. We travel with our dogs, they had already a treat for each and a toy, I was already melted for that beautiful gesture. Cleanness was PERFECT, the first hotel found so clean, this is a big deal for me, I never found not even a little hair, and is a dog friendly hotel. Amazing place, we will definitely coming back.
