Neat rooms, they have the yummiest pastries as complementary breakfast. Literally the best pastries ever!

The hotel and grounds are very nice and accessible, though by a short Uber ride, to old town. One must request housekeeping, something I would not expect from a hotel of this stature.

My family and I really like this hotel. It feels sort of isolated in the middle of the city. It is very charming.

I am fragrance sensitive and it is very hard to find a hotel that isn’t awful for my system! So our initial reason for booking this hotel was just to get my body to relax from all the sensory overload I get from room sprays and cleaning products. Well done Hotel Central Parq! The staff is phenomenal!!! They were all SO friendly! The beauty of the hotel grounds made me feel like I was on an incredible vacation, so peaceful and relaxing and with excellent attention to details! I LOVED that they had an abundance of ice water with chunks of fresh pineapple in it! I would go back for that alone! The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous! There is not a huge selection of food, but 5 star quality is better than a lot to choose from. The price was fair and the portions were great! We left FULL! I believe that their specialty is their drinks, but we don’t drink, so I couldn’t tell you anything about them other than they looked beautiful. So, this is downtown right off the interstate, so some of the rooms are noisier than others. Our room was fine. Breakfast included! Holy cow was the breakfast AMAZING! A lot of healthy choices to be made and it was open until 10am, which was NICE! This was the first hotel I’ve been to where there was many herbal teas to choose from in the evening. We came to visit my son and his family. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and this Hotel just made it extra special 💞.

The rooms were incredibly tiny. The terrace was wonderful, but the staff were very rude and racist toward me because of my accent. They said guests were only allowed to use the terrace for an hour and a half, but other guests were using it much longer; it was hard to enjoy being on the terrace. Another complaint was that hotel guests weren't given priority. Hotel guests were seated last and had to wait for long periods of time to get a table on the terrace compared to non-hotel guests. It was a waste of time and not an enjoyable experience due to the poor service and organization. The rooms are small, the terrace is nice, but the terrace staff were rude and racist because of my accent. They say you're only allowed on the terrace for an hour and a half, but people don't leave the table for an hour and a half, and you can't enjoy it. Furthermore, they don't give priority to hotel guests; people who aren't staying at the hotel arrive and are seated first. We waited a long time to be seated on the terrace.
