Very rude and Discriminatory security. Staff was friendly but security seemed to profile and be rude to anyone who appeared to be young adults of color. Very upsetting considering we got a room here to celebrate.

Do not go for the pool!!! My husband and I came in town for a mid week break for him to play golf and I was going to hang by the “relaxing and sparkling pools (2)” This was not it! There is A pool which is indoor/outdoor. It is clean. But the kicker is, no food or beverage allowed by the pool. No service of any kind. There are no umbrellas or any shade to speak of. There are cabanas to rent with a lounge or a table under a pretty useless pergola. Unfortunately, I was looking for a reset style pool which to me includes cocktails and pretty umbrellas. I should have investigated more, but it pulled up on Expedia and Trip Advisor with some pretty misleading reviews and descriptions and the price was, as they say, too good to be true. Good option if you want to gamble or golf. Probably good on weekends for a show or the nightclub, but it is not a resort in the traditional sense. Rooms are big, pretty tired and dated, but clean enough. The casino is small but ok. Once again though, you cannot drink on the gambling floor.

Service sacked at bar. No to go free water. Cant have alcohol at pool. Dont go there

Room had damages taped on the ceiling missing paintings marks on the all ceiling in the shower was messed up mold above the door no water when we entered the room no sofa bed like it mentioned no breakfast buffet like it mentioned worst experience to visit New Mexico only thing that was good was the valet lady that helped us without bags and the manager sucked didn’t offer any accommodations or discounts so I don’t recommend food options terrible customer service terrible stay was terrible i was in room #245 june12-14

Stayed one night for a concert. We were very disappointed to find out the amphitheater was not on the property. The advertising makes it appear the concert is there. They also have no transportation to and from the concert. The casino was very clean, well lighted. Staff very friendly. The pool was nice but the pool decking was very slippery. I saw 2 different people fall. Our room was clean and comfortable.
