This was the perfect home base for our 3 day stay in Albuquerque. The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It felt like an oasis. The location can’t be beat. It’s across from a lovely park, a block from Old Town shopping, and a short walk on the rail trail from Saw Mill Market. Having an apartment and beautiful courtyard in such a prime location was so much better than any hotel room could be. I would love to stay again!

Though the apartment was older, it was very charming, clean and lovely to hang out in. It was literally down the street from Old Town Albuquerque, and some museums. Also, there was a nice park across the street to walk around, swings for kids and to walk dogs.

Such a nice, cute, and clean place to stay. We only got to stay for one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay!

Great stay! The Desert Compass is a charming alternative to a regular hotel room. The location is walkable to Old Town and the Sawmill. We stayed in the Yucca Room which was clean, tastefully decorated, and a great value. We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful! I was in town for a convention and it felt good coming home each night. Thank you for the thoughtful details like a cold pitcher of water in the fridge and snacks to purchase!
