My husband and I recently stayed here the hotel itself was nice and clean. Rachel at the check in desk was amazing. We had a hiccup with our booking through expedia which turned into a whole thing. She was super helpful and patient while we figured out what was going on. It took about 30 min all due to expedia and luckily Rachel hung in there with us and did everything in her power to get us taken care of in a timely matter. I can't even begin to thank her enough because we had been on the road for 10 hours so we were both dead on arrival. Thankyou so much Rachel you saved the day for us! Super cool decor. Clean rooms and a fair price. The restaurant was a plus.

This would be the first time staying here. I had the worst experience with this place. The front end desk cancelled my reservation would not talk to Expedia to confirm anything not even for us to get our money back. She would not contact her supervisor to help us out. She kept laughing like it was a joke. My daughter asked if there was a private area so she could breast feed, the front desk clerk laughed and said it was not her problem. She denied my oldest daughter because she looked to young and would not except her I.D. And then she had security tell us we had to leave because she couldn’t fix her mess up. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst customer service ever. There are better hotels everywhere else in Albuquerque. I would like our money back for this inconvenience and disrespect from staff and security.

Paulo is the most accommodating and professional front desk attendant I have ever encountered! Nativo is a lovely place to stay and his kindness makes it the best hotel in town!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The worse is that their advertising is not very explicit about charges and rooms. I reserved a two bed room and with a mural. I read about how beautiful their art is and done by Native American artists. When I checked in the receptionist told me they only had a room in the first floor. I expected it would have my requests. The room was large but only had one king bed, no art at all. Another issue was “extra charges for amenities”, I was assured that it was kind of a deposit and the money would be reimbursed at checkout. It was not, I was told that it was for the “extras that were offered which I didn’t ask for or use them. It feels very arbitrary. It was unfortunately a very dissatisfying experience. I will not recommend this hotel. The personnel were friendly and attentive but could not resolve issues. One excellent thing besides location was parking.

Place was ok for the price. But they have no cameras in the parking lot. So you're vehicle is highly likely to get broken into. Cause my car did. And no video evidence Cause there is none.
