Nativo Lodge Hotel Albuquerque

We came in here for an overnight stay, the room was decent. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The sun came through the curtains and kept the room pretty warm and woke us up. Im not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel but it was not all that we sat there for quite a long time and never got served. Ended up walking out.

Nativo Lodge is one of the loveliest and most serene hotels I have ever stayed at. The ambience is a rich, Native American style and you get the full New Mexico "Land of Enchantment" vibes going on here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by lovely, smiling people who paid great attention to customer service. We chose the Artist Rooms and were not disappointed. Each room has been turned into a work of art by a Native American artist. I love that these rooms did not feel like the homogenized rooms of the same old brand name hotels where I usually stay. I was surrounded by color and culture! The rooms were fully stocked with free snacks and water and coffee/tea machine. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean sheets and bedding. I had a balcony room that looked out at the lovely pool area. The weather was gorgeous for my stay and though I had a fully working A/C unit available, I chose to just leave the sliding glass door open and let the cool breeze blow in as I sat in a big, comfortable arm chair and proceeded to eat the amazing carne adovada burritos that I had previously picked up from Golden Pride. This hotel is an absolute gem and is located in a great spot where it's an easy jump to the I-25. The price is very affordable for the quality and the ambiance is priceless. This artist absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and I would highly recommend staying here to everyone who appreciates culture, beauty and serenity.

I have stayed here before was always happy. I booked through trivago. Got to hotel at 1 pm asked if room was available they said yes had multiple rooms but it would be 20$ early checkin fee? What i am disabled and really had no choice early check in with rooms available. Never happened before. Than checked my bank account and had 2 charges for different amounts. Couldnt use my debit for breakfast because of extra charge. Called desk and she said she didnt know i had already paid for the room and said charge would drop in 3-10 days. Than the next day another charge for 44.26 appeared on a count when i called she said 20 was for early check in and other was a resort fee which i never was told about. Wow is all i can say.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The rooms and showers are old and outdated. The walls are paper thin and if you are placed next to a connecting room, be prepared to hear everything next to you. The basic king sized beds, the junior suites, and artists suites are not really worth the price due to how loud the property is, from the paper thin connecting walls, to the loud traffic from the nearby freeway. I didn't sleep well both nights I stayed there, due to noise, even with ear plugs. You can hear the vehicles next to the freeway at all hours of the night, the loud mufflers and if next to a connecting room, hope that you don't get placed next to people who are going out partying and coming back in the early morning, as you can hear people just talking through the walls in the connecting rooms. Not worth the money compared to other Hertiage Hotels. I will not stay at this property again, however, I do like other Hertiage resorts, like Hotel ABQ, Hotel Chaco, and at the el Monte Sagrado. This property is very low quality in comparison. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the pool and hot tub at this hotel are nice.

Amazing location and neat lodge, family friendly large pool, small beds but definitely would book again. Clean and great views.

Paulo is awesome, give him a raise! He was very welcoming and accommodating upon arrival. He spent at least 40 minutes assisting me in sending an extremely important fax. Thank you again for all the help!

Amazing stay great pool on site restaurant is worth a visit

Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Towels smelled nice! Staff is great. Our room had a private balcony with a nice view. The fridge worked very well. Quite a good selection on tv channels. Air conditioning was perfect. Beds were clean and comfortable. Area felt safe. Plenty of food and stores near by. Only few down sides for me were.. the internet wasn’t very good. There is only 1 lamp for the entire room so it was really dim at night. There was only a bathroom mirror no full length mirror, which made it difficult to put an outfit together. We will probably be back to stay here next time we are in Albuquerque.

With all the good reviews. While during our stay with a newborn. We had a live cockroach 🪳 In our Restroom. Staff acted like it was normal. The elevator is scarry. Asked for a refund and they said I had to speak to the manager. They didnt have one on-site. The front desk night staff wasnt very helpful. Will not be staying here again.
