Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm

Still thinking about last night at Campo at Los Poblanos. What started as dinner turned into one of those experiences you don’t really forget. We sat in a circle with people we had never met before and somehow left feeling connected to all of them. The atmosphere was warm in the kind of genuine way you can’t fake — every person who found out it was Mike’s birthday made it a point to stop and wish him a happy birthday. The food was unreal. The NM beef was absolutely out of this world, and the dessert may honestly be the best thing I’ve tasted in years. Amazing drinks, stunning views, incredible service from beginning to end — every part of the night felt thoughtful and intentional. And then, to top it all off, a stranger we met while having drinks secretly paid for our meal. One of those moments that reminds you there are still really kind people out there. Just incredibly grateful for the experience, the people, and the memory. Albuquerque has been treating us well.

I honestly do not understand the hype around Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm. The property is beautiful, but beyond aesthetics, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The customer service felt cold, dismissive, and extremely profit-oriented. Staff showed very little empathy or care when issues came up, and communication was poor throughout the experience. For a place that positions itself as “luxury hospitality,” the service lacked warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to guests. Everything feels overpriced for what you actually receive. You are paying premium prices mostly for branding and social media appeal, not for an elevated guest experience. The atmosphere also felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable at times, especially compared to other hospitality businesses in New Mexico that provide far better service and value. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. Rather than making customers feel cared for, the approach felt transactional and insensitive. I would not return, and I would not recommend staying or dining here. Albuquerque has many other local businesses that deserve support and actually know how to treat guests with kindness and respect.

Way overpriced for room when you have to kill spiders running across the floor.

We had made reservations for dinner, but when we arrived we were informed that they were not able to serve our favorite chicken dish. They were very obliging, even though we decided not to stay. I would highly recommend this place due to the cuisine and the atmosphere. I highly recommend their Sunday brunch.

we just went to check it out because it came highly highly recommended. this is an extremely high end lux health spa resort . With two kids i felt very very out of place especially eating in campos. there was not really a wait to be seated and the food was insanely good just expensive. the gardens are really beautiful the ones you can get to. if you go the far end of the farm there are some animals we just couldn't figure out how to get there even with repeated directions. there is something about this place thats beautiful but the clientele seemed to be for women on the progressive side.

This is the most enchanting resort. So peaceful and staff is wonderful. Food was delicious and spa is incredible.
