María Elena has been my therapist for at least 8 years. She’s very knowledgeable and very consistent with her treatments. I’ve tried other therapists when she’s not available but I always come back to her.

I received a massage envy gift card about 2 years ago had not used it and was a little hesitant, az I have my regular facial expert and massage place. I decided to make an appointment and try out a local massage envy ( Lake in Pasadena) . The staff are all friendly.The environment is very nice and calm.The moment you walk in, you start to decompress. Stephanie explained everything to me. I advised her that I would probably fall asleep. So, there was no conversation once the facial started, which is good because I immediately fell asleep. My skin looks amazing. I had a great nap and overall, the location and staff is what made me decide to get a membership. I will still get my massage at another place. But definitely my facials from now on will be here with Stephanie.

Julissa and Justin are excellent! Unlike other sites, ME Pasadena at Lake are always right on time. All staff are cordial and professional. Highly recommend!
