Amazing, clean, comfortable. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Loved it.

I stayed 6 nights, so I have a solid opinion. The stay was good in general. The rooms and the facilities are excellent. The views of DC from the 34th floor are wonderful. The housekeeping staff is marvelous. The front desk staff varies: some days is splendid, some days the staff is obnoxious. The restaurant is expensive and overrated. The parking is extremely expensive. However, the worst thing is that they charged me $138 USD out of nothing one day after check-out. I had to call front desk from abroad after my stay. After checking with the manager, they explained me this was “common” and “it was because of a glitch in their system”. Imagine if I wouldn’t have called as soon as I saw the charge in my bank statement. This is clearly a scam.

This is one of the best Hiltons I've stayed at. The staff is excellent, it's well decorated, and has many thoughtful amenities. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful. There is plenty of places to sit, both inside and out. There is a hotel bar with great cocktails. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It felt well thought out for women in mind. From the shaving foot bar in the shower, to the portable lit makeup mirror, to the beauty amenities. There is also a coffee shop/convenience store in the lobby that serves Starbucks coffee. There are plenty of options for a quick breakfast, wine and beer, or other drinks and snacks. There are also other extras in case you've forgotten something. The staff is excellent. They are kind and welcoming. They make you feel at home. It is conveniently located in the DMV area so it's easy to get to wherever you need to go. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and bar staff are great! The rooms are clean and spacious and most have great views.

Amazingly comfortable... The linen is so soft And the pillows inr the mattress was fantastic. I'm going to move my preference from the competitor to Hilton. I've never had a bad stay at Hilton so far. It's a new building so hopefully they keep the standards up.

Love this hotel! Very welcoming staff and absolutely stunning. Location is central to everything, and smooth for taking Uber/Lyft. The garage parking was very convenient and easy. So many services and nice to have an on-site store with wine and beer as well. The bar was classy and staff were friendly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here whenever in DC.

The hotel from the outside and the lobby is beautiful the rooms on the other hand are small and very uninviting. No carpet and very small makes you not want to hangout in the room and enjoy it, very disappointing. I Will not return.
