Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers

Great location Room are average looking but hava an amazing view of the River/canals. One block away from the Magnificent Mile.

Perfect location and lots of amenities! I have stayed here multiple times! The views, the location, the customer service, impeccable. Great restaurants within walking distance, and the river walk. Suzanne, the concierge is AMAZING! She helped make every stay the best yet. Irish Mike was great too! Highly recommend staying here if you want a great Chicago experience.

This Sheraton is conveniently located in the tourist hub of Chicago making it excellent for vacationers. All the hotspots including the Riverwalk and the Bean are not far. Room quality was good and noise levels were not loud despite the central location. Staff was also courteous and helpful. The only minor blemish is that the hotel suddenly announced a hidden fee only several days before the stay began and after the reservation.

The location is great because it's near many attractions. Be careful with your belongings. If you are in a conference room, don't leave ANYTHING sitting in it of any value. My purse was stolen while my company took a break and I was offered points for "multiple free nights" as the value of my purse and the items in it were over $1,000. We don't realize how much we've paid over years of buying things until it's all suddenly just gone. I was upgraded for one night to a Presidential Suite. I took the upgrade to leave the room I was in because I trusted no one and wanted to make sure no one could find my room. They already had my house keys, address from my Driver's License and I live close enough to Chicago that it wasn't impossible they could come to my home after knowing what medications and everything I took. At least I left my car keys at home! I had the locks changed on my house to make sure the key couldn't be used. I've been trying to talk to someone about the ridiculous number of points I was given for "future stays" and they are sending me to phones that have full VMs, to lose prevention (they would have been useful BEFORE my person was taken from a random who walked in off the street and stole it) and I had to get a photo of the person who stole my belongings to get action from their security and loss prevention. I made a police report and went to the store my cards were used at and gave it to them so they could actually have something to go off. Every single contact I had while I was staying at the hotel is blatantly ignoring/ghosting me. I am ashamed and appalled. I have asked for the GM multiple times and I do not believe the GMs of a major hotel chain would have full VMs all the time. They will continue to pass the buck and blow me off.

My room overlooked the river. Our hotel had a great shop where you could buy coffee and snacks and it wasn't very expensive. Our hotel was very close to some great restaurants.

Location in amazing, rooms are spacious with a great view. But the service is extremely bad, the staff are not helpful and they have an attitude, they seem to be very rude with guests and the receptionists do not even look you in the eye when speaking with you. I don’t believe I will ever think of coming back to this hotel after this experience despite that the location is beautiful.
