SCAMMY cancellation policy. Used a Marriot free night reward to book a stay here. Due to a work emergency I wasn’t able to make it to Chicago for my trip. Cancelled my stay more than 24hrs in advance, Marriot refunded me the free night reward. Later saw Sheraton had charged me 380$ for a stay I never even made and was supposed to be free. Will not be staying at any Sheraton in the future if they think that’s ok.
beautiful place.
Location is in the heart of downtown. It doesn't get much better. Actually it does. They are literally adjacent to the river. Walk to almost anything or a quick car ride. I must say if there was one negative it is parking. If you must drive the good thing is they have a garage. Unless you are from NYC it'll be sticker shock for what you'll have to pay. The garage is $75 per day! You do get in and out daily privileges so come and go as you like. One other thing is that the garage space is TIGHT! If you have a full size SUV just be careful as the spaces are meant for small to midsize cars. There's a gym and a pool I didn't use so I can't speak on it. Great hotel for corporate events like regional meetings.
Great view of Riverwalk. The service was exceptional and right in the middle of everything so we walked everywhere!!
Hotel was nice and location was great. A lot of stuff within walking distance.
Stayed 2 days both has problem with my key card, very too much the longest wait in line on hotel for reception. Food is what u would expect from 2 3 star hotel.
