I had reservations to stay at this Guest House. I called 8 days prior to my arrival date to cancel my reservations. I was told that they hoped I never planed to stay at their facility again. I asked for an email to confirm the cancelation and was told NO and the line was disconnected. I had never stayed at this guest house but have stayed at several others across the states and have always had courteous professional service. THIS IS THE EXCEPTION, I would not recommend this Guest House.
