This all-suite Hilton in downtown Chicago works for LGBTQ+ travelers who want more than just a room. Each suite has a full kitchen, which is great if you’re staying a while or just want to make your own coffee and breakfast.
You get more space here than in a standard hotel room, so it actually feels like you can spread out a bit. That's a real plus if you’re traveling with a partner or friends.
Walk out the door and you're in the middle of downtown, close to several neighborhoods with good LGBTQ+ bars and restaurants. It’s an easy stroll to the rest of the city’s sights and nightlife.
As a Hilton, it’s reliable. Think of it as a solid, practical home base for business, a long vacation, or just a few days of exploring Chicago.

Both rooms we were given had bed bugs and were dirty. As a housekeeper of 10 years, I was absolutely appalled at the state of both rooms. I ended up not feeling comfortable to stay here after seeing the rooms. I got online to check it out and apparently they also have roaches that come out to play... Nice.
Perfect location for our trip. Lacey, Jeremiah and Joe were absolutely amazing, helpful and kind.
You can't beat the location. My room was very spacious with a full kitchen with a magnificent city view. From the time you check in until you checked out, the staff make sure that you're comfortable and enjoying your stay. Kudos to Lacey and Jeremiah who went out of their way to make sure that our large party could seat together at breakfast.
I went here for my birthday weekend and they had bedbugs. I want the people to know
I don't why. But everytime I stay here there is an issue about my reservation and getting a key card or a keycard that works. Other than that Its a nice dpot with big rooms and a bedroom.
Staying for an extended period due to a commitment in the area. After noticing the room was warm on day 1, the front desk was contacted 3 times during the day on day 2 (Thursday) to repair the environmental controls in the room. On day 3 (Friday) it was overcast and still considerably warmer than the hallway. Contacted the front desk and then stopped in to assert it needed attention as four hours had passed with no response. It was then that the front desk person contacted engineering, whose response was “it can’t be fixed”. We were offered and accepted a room transfer, but needed to attend to it promptly as the property is sold out and they need to be able to rent the room to someone else tonight. A bit unbelievable that this is the way a Hilton affiliated property is being operated and that the environmental in that room could be fixed or replaced over the last 97 days. This timeline is based off of the writing inside the in room environmental unit that says the compressor is broken with a date of March 1st 2026. For the relocation we were treated courteously and staff was helpful but the room is not representative of the brand and should not be available until it can be made comfortable.
