The hotel is located right in the city center, making it very easy to commute. The express check-in was seamless, and the staff was professional and accommodating. Will certainly book again!

Excellent location! Spacious rooms with kitchenettes (full size fridge) and separate living room area. Very nice bath products as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kind and made check in and check out very easy. I would stay here again!

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop. To be honest, the hotel itself feels a bit old and the elevator is quite slow, but the excellent customer service truly made the stay much better. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. If you love beautiful views, this is definitely a place that can give you a great experience.

I couldn't have chosen a better place for a family trip with my daughter and grandson! We were allowed to check in early because we had a toddler with us. The room was very spacious, the kitchen well-equipped (we cooked dinner one evening), and apart from a hair in the bathtub, the room was clean (it was cleaned daily). The bed was soft but comfortable, which is great for me. The staff at breakfast were attentive and very sweet to my grandson. There are two elevators, so there was never any waiting. We used the washing machine and dryer, but we didn't have time for the gym or pool. The Red Line is just a stone's throw away, and the hotel is centrally located with many other attractions within walking distance.

A cozy hotel that will definitely make you want to come back! Subway station is also very close to the hotel.

Kayla at the Front Desk was beyond helpful and professional from our initial check in through checking out. We had to wait a bit for the room; however, she kept us informed. The celebration for my husband’s 55th birthday was quite enjoyable!

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect. We did not have to worry about renting a car as everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was great, but my absolute favorite part about this property was definitely the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful going above and beyond. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend.

Great place with friendly staff and breakfast was hot. Coffee was very good and room better than expected. You may want to help them by not staying here as they are doing cost saving measures by limiting you from selecting your room temperature depending on the outside temperature. As explained if the outside temperature is too cold you may no longer cool the indoor temperature in your room and may open the windows to let in fresh air and sounds of the city. It may be in times like this helpful to not stay here so they wont have to worry about heating or cooling the unoccupied rooms. Id much more prefer to pay extra to just help out on the bills and be able to select my comfortable room temp on my business trip and get sleep, but I suggest we help in the cost saving measures and leave the rooms vacant. One of my favorite things are when people make decisions for you on your preferences. When its cool outside being told that is why you cant have it cool inside is perfect logic. Otherwise this review would be just all perfect. The funniest thing about how I learned this was the people in front of me complaining at the desk about what I was about to say my room issues were.. so there is a line of people who feel as many of us would daily I assume.
