All I have to say is WOW! American Outfitters came through for me in the most amazing way AND on such short notice. I own a small skincare clinic in Highland Park and had been in contact with a different company about some promotional products. After the other company left me high and dry a week before my event, I reached out to American Outfitters Ltd. based on a referral. My point of contact, Lauren Murphy not only helped deliver gorgeous, branded goods, but she helped me get them in less than a week’s time. I am beyond thrilled with my entire experience and quality of what I received. I will most definitely be using American Outfitters again- and you should too!

We used American Outfitters for our 'spirit store' again this year. Working with Alyssa was fantastic - she was very responsive, helped us choose a great selection of items, provided the fliers/links needed to spread the word. Everyone who ordered was happy with the quality of the items. Looking forward to working with Alyssa again next year!

It's absurd to order a uniform for a Pre-K child at OLH Catholic School. They sent us some uniforms for a high school child, and my husband contacted the manager and they told him that's the smallest size they carry. That's absurd, how can they only have those sizes and require uniforms for the youngest children? Please, then we lost our money because those uniforms might fit the child when he's 12 or 13, and he's currently 5. Can you give me a solution? Thank you.

I belong to an ALL FEMALE Camping Group. We've been camping for 30 years and ever since our ten year anniversary AO has been doing branded clothing for our group. They even designed our logo! They are always friendly and professional and have always done everything they can to acommodate last minute orders and requests. This year marks 20 years they have been our provider and we are always so happy with the quality of the gear, their pricing, and their friendly staff. We value their continued partnership.

We just got our company swag in for the first time with AO and we love it! In fact, everything from start to finish during the process was made very easy for me as I put together a store for my company. Thank you very much, Laura, for all your assistance and responsiveness. She would even take extra time to help us find "comparables" to our original choices to help us fine tune the clothing choices we wanted. Everything was very organized and timely. The product was priced well and when it arrived I saw that it was quality. The embroidery is beautiful as well. Thank you all, very much! I can't say enough good things about this experience.

We have worked with American Outfitters for the past few years to provide shirts for our annual 5K (500+ shirts). Kathy was always quick to reply, helpful, and a great communicator. Thank you!

It is October 12 and there are items from orders that were submitted by July 10 that have not yet been fulfilled. Representative does NOT reply to inquiries or communicate any delays. An update was given only after submitting a contact request on their website. Merchandise is great, however the customer service is not. From reading other reviews and my experience, it seems that no response and extremely delayed orders is typical of this company.

Great to order if you have multiple months to wait for your order. Disappointed in how long it takes to get the gear I ordered. I am frustrated that when I email about my order status, no one gets back to me. And when I call customer service, they still have no clue when my items will be in.
