Stay away from this hotel. Staff is horrible. Sent my food back 3 times and then the server picked a fight with me. Im 56 and disabled. When I went to the manager Diedre her only solution was to offer me a full refund and check out of the hotel in a strange city and find new accommodations. Ive never had an experience like this. I was told by another manager if another hotel that their GM quit.
Very nice, clean, beautiful rooms with a safe parking lot and surroundings
lots of places to eat close by in downtown and great if your going to a guardians since it's pretty much next door
When you're booking, they ask if you want breakfast for $10, and then when you get there, breakfast ends at 9am on weekdays, and you can get a credit to buy crap at the little store in the lobby. Boo! Rooms are good, although expensive for what they are, and breakfast sucks 😔
A lot of little issues, but overall not a bad stay. The bar was great and had amazing staff.
