Customer service horrible my mother was staying here the manager kept calling and banging on her door tell her she needed to leave after she repeatedly told the staff she had a reservation just disgusting service

Very close to Progressive Park. Comfortable and clean. Reasonably priced.

Stayed here for a concert at Rocket Arena and it was an easy walk, which was a huge plus. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff that I dealt with were very kind and patient, and our room was clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. The hotel is a little dated in spots, but nothing unusual and everything was fine during our stay. The room was comfortable. We booked early and felt like it was a good value for the location. Would stay here again for an event downtown.

checked in at 2am and the girl working the front desk was TERRIBLE! her customer service skills were 0/10. the way she talked to people and was just on her phone slumped on the desk, acting like she didn’t wanna be there. only giving 3 stars because the next morning, the two guys working the front desk on may 3rd were amazing! super nice. extended my checkout and parking at no cost. i messaged the live chat multiple times at night when the girl was working and received no response. the next morning received a response almost instantly when it was the two guys. i believe his name was chris? and didnt get the other ones name. but they were working the front desk 05/03/2026 at 1:00pm thanks to the two guys who made the experience better. EDIT: his name was jason! not chris. jason had great hospitality and was the reason we had a decent stay. wanted to edit to give the recognition.

Check in at 3p was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They were great!! Asking a simple question in the evening about their restaurant at 9p was clearly a problem for the individual behind the desk. Sassy, has an attitude, and clearly doesn’t have people facing skills. Do better… just be kind….

Google (G) your doing it again. I was not at this place. I was visiting Erie Street cemetery. G, are you feeling OK? Are you glitching again? Are you still haunted by that "thing" we did for that "alphabet agency" in Budapest and how we were lucky to make the safe house in Helsinki? G, you Dear Hilton Garden, Google often asks for reviews of places I might have been adjacent to. This my feeble attempt to make maps more entertaining. Also my mental acuity fluctuates daily. Today is a good day. Scott out!
