Its nasty rooms are gross. They do not care if the rooms are not up to standard ir not.
Rooms are not up to par. My friend saw a rat. Rooms were very clean though. That's why I gave it 2 stars. There was a homeless encampment behind it but, I think it's gone now. Not the best part of town but, not the worse.
They don't have washer and dryer, yhe sheets are filthy. Has bed bugs. Entire experience was horrible. Do not stay.
This place is disgusting and unsanitary in every possible way that you can think of. Dirt, bugs, mold, stains everywhere on the bed, ripped sheets and blanket that reeks of smoke. The shower curtain was stained and the whole shower looked so nasty that I couldn't take one. You actually have to ask for basic things like toilet paper a trash can and towels which should be a given. What a sick joke. I can't believe they're allowed to operate. I've never complained about a hotel before. Most of the time when I see bad reviews of somewhere I stay at I think wow people are picky. But this was unbelievably bad. It needs to be shut down.
I called ahead and was promised a non-smoking room and a rate, but when I got there, the rate was 50% more, for a room with an intense smoke smell, and 100% more for the only non-smoking room, and those were the only two rooms available.
