Amazing hotel which transformed an old building into wonderful boutique property! Room was huge and spotless. Best fitness center I have ever used at a Hilton property. Downtown area is a bit sketchy but felt safe walking around. Valet service needs some significant improvements! Brought wrong car first day and could not find keys on departure morning. Though most hotels have seemingly gotten away from daily service, it would still be nice to tell guests to not expect it.

Jennifer at the front desk is exceptional. I’ve traveled the world and have been fortunate enough to stay at many amazing hotels, and this property truly delivers top-notch hospitality. When I arrived, my travel department had not confirmed my reservation, but Jennifer handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with a genuine smile. Her hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile immediately put me at ease after a stressful travel day. Experiences like this are exactly why I continue choosing this location whenever I travel to Dayton. What impressed me even more was that Jennifer remembered me from my previous stay — that personal touch goes a long way and makes guests feel truly valued. Jennifer deserves tremendous praise for the outstanding service she provides.

I will always and forever give any hotel a 1 star review when it can’t manage to have a proper bathroom door. No more gaping barn doors. Can we please return to civilization????

Clean and modern room - liked the large shower and bathroom with a sliding door to make it feel more spacious. Very quiet in the hotel. Little snack area by the front desk. Connected to a neat shopping center and a lovely restaurant called Table 33 that we went to for supper - just around the corner from the hotel.

We stayed here while attending the WGI Championships and had an overall wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and located in a fantastic area with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. A special shoutout to Jennifer at the front desk—she truly made our stay memorable. She was incredibly friendly during check-in and offered great recommendations for dining and activities in the area. We booked a king suite for two adults and one child and were under the impression that it would include a sleeper sofa or rollaway bed, but unfortunately, neither was available—only cribs, which are better suited for younger children. That said, the room itself was so spacious and well-designed that our 11-year-old didn’t mind at all. Jennifer went above and beyond by providing us extra blankets and comforters so we could create a makeshift bed using the large sofa chairs and ottoman. The bathroom amenities were good quality and smelled lovely-so much so that we didn’t use the toiletries we normally pack for trips! The TVs let us sign into our streaming accounts so we could enjoy shows during our downtime. The fridge and microwave were super convenient and worked well. We did run into a small issue with billing. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were charged daily. When we inquired, we were told the charges would be removed from our folio. I even double-checked at checkout, but the charges still appeared on the final bill. Thankfully, Jennifer came to the rescue once again—she handled everything promptly over the phone, reversed the charges, and even took the time to chat with us about our trip. Jennifer is truly a gem, and her exceptional service made all the difference. Despite the minor hiccups, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Dayton, Ohio and had a really great experience overall. The newly remodeled suites are absolutely lovely—modern, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the redesign. The staff truly made the stay stand out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The check in desk personnel had great food suggestions. The location is also a huge plus—within close proximity to plenty of food options, and I loved how the hotel connects to the beautiful rotunda. It made walking around the city easy and enjoyable. My only minor complaint was having to valet the car, but honestly, even that was handled really well. The valet employees were efficient, accommodating, and made the process smooth. We had to leave for the airport before a valet was there so let parked our car in the front so it was easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again!
