كاسا داون تاون دي موين

So wonderful to have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for probably less than a hotel for our long weekend! Close enough to walk to the farmers market, which i hear is the 2nd largest in the US. Parking was easy. Special note for those that are sensitive to dust and mold like me: This place is clean, no water damage, and didn't spike any allergies! Highly recommend!

I had an awesome stay here for a quick trip to Des Moines. If you prefer the layout of an apartment over a cramped, traditional hotel room, this setup is perfect. The space was incredibly roomy, spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer right inside the unit made it feel like a high-end home away from home. The bed was super comfortable with memory foam, and the building itself is modern and very secure. The location is a massive win if you are in town for an event or just want to explore. You can easily walk to the Wells Fargo Arena, the Civic Center, and a ton of excellent downtown bars and restaurants without ever needing to worry about parking or calling an Uber. The contactless, entirely virtual check-in process was seamless and took a lot of the usual front-desk friction out of traveling. I’ll definitely be booking a Kasa property again the next time I'm in the area.

Perfect place, clean and right downtown.

Really impressive modern hotel experience 🏨✨. The property looked clean, stylish, and much more updated than a typical hotel stay. Rooms felt spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere had a modern downtown vibe that worked great for both relaxing and business travel. Definitely appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and city attractions. Check-in was smooth, the building felt secure, and the amenities made the stay feel easy and comfortable from start to finish.

So close to everything and so easy to find! Everything you need is contained within this unit!

Very enjoyable experience at Kasa Downtown Des Moines. The property combines modern comfort, convenience, and stylish design in a way that creates a relaxing and memorable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The staff and support team were responsive, professional, and helpful whenever assistance was needed. I especially appreciated the apartment-style layout, which added extra comfort and convenience compared to a standard hotel stay. The location in downtown Des Moines made it easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment areas nearby. Everything throughout the building felt secure, clean, and professionally managed. Highly recommended for business travelers, couples, and anyone looking for a modern and comfortable downtown stay.
