Kasa Downtown Des Moines

So wonderful to have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for probably less than a hotel for our long weekend! Close enough to walk to the farmers market, which i hear is the 2nd largest in the US. Parking was easy. Special note for those that are sensitive to dust and mold like me: This place is clean, no water damage, and didn't spike any allergies! Highly recommend!

I had an awesome stay here for a quick trip to Des Moines. If you prefer the layout of an apartment over a cramped, traditional hotel room, this setup is perfect. The space was incredibly roomy, spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer right inside the unit made it feel like a high-end home away from home. The bed was super comfortable with memory foam, and the building itself is modern and very secure. The location is a massive win if you are in town for an event or just want to explore. You can easily walk to the Wells Fargo Arena, the Civic Center, and a ton of excellent downtown bars and restaurants without ever needing to worry about parking or calling an Uber. The contactless, entirely virtual check-in process was seamless and took a lot of the usual front-desk friction out of traveling. I’ll definitely be booking a Kasa property again the next time I'm in the area.

Really impressive modern hotel experience 🏨✨. The property looked clean, stylish, and much more updated than a typical hotel stay. Rooms felt spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere had a modern downtown vibe that worked great for both relaxing and business travel. Definitely appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and city attractions. Check-in was smooth, the building felt secure, and the amenities made the stay feel easy and comfortable from start to finish.
