While the room size was fine, they said I booked a smoking room, it was not accurate, they changed to a non smoking, and the room was not. I did not contest it. The bed mattress was extremely soft that my back was completely under the level of my head and hips, very uncomfortable and not sustainable for a long stay, mine was just two nights. Finally, I had the bad luck of forgetting my earbuds, in the case, probably on the bed where I could not see them. I left and did not notice until I got home. I called the next day and the answer that they had not found or anybody returned them was very unconvincing. I have had same circumstances in other hotels and have been able to recover the items left after several days.

the third party website I used did not include the $50 pet fee for one night. i arrive and was informed of the fee. non refundable so i declined to stay. i asked to cancel the booking and the guy told me he couldn't cancel a third party booking and that he was going to leave my reservation open "in case you change your mind" the third party website counted me as a "no-show" and would not refund me due to that, regardless of the service agent claiming she saw no mention of the fee on their listing. i contacted the guy at the check in desk and he refused to give me an email indicating I was actually there but refused to pay a pet fee and that he left my reservation open in case i decide to come back. he also refused my request to record the phone call. he basically told me to kick rocks and exclaimed it was not his problem and he wasn't going to give me anything that would help get my money back. i've not been so angry at a phone call in years. luckily there is a happy ending. i disputed the charge and got my refund back. Don't stay here if you're planning on bringing a pet just for 1 day. you might as well book at the microtel just down the street.

I already posted a detailed Yelp review with photos and videos because the conditions were so severe they needed to be documented. There was urine in the stairwell, which clearly shows a serious lack of sanitation and basic property upkeep. This wasn’t a minor issue—it was visible, unsanitary, and left unaddressed. Even more concerning, employees were observed sleeping on the job during operational hours. This explains the lack of responsiveness, oversight, and accountability throughout the stay. When staff are asleep instead of working, guest safety and cleanliness are obviously not priorities. The property appears poorly managed, and basic standards of professionalism and hygiene are not being met. Issues were not handled appropriately, and there was little concern shown for guests.
