I was at MGM CASINO yesterday, and I went to get food from Tap Restaurant, like I always do, and asked for help to place a order in person, because I couldn't receive help with the Kiosk, I was told no orders until chef approves more orders, I understand, so I take a seat near by. I come back and I'm looking at the lady and ask if u can order now, again no, them more people come up and order infront of me, now I've been a customer for years, faithfully. I eat lunch here all the time. The disrespect I got yesterday, like I was not good enough to place a order, felt like I'm not worthy 😔.
Bathroom of our hotel room was not cleaned when we checked in. Housekeeping was supposed to come and clean it but we came back after 2 hours and nothing had been done. We did get another room and some food credit.
