Very, very confusing. Too many rooms all over the block. The address is not the office.

We stayed there one night in the room facing the back, it was a horrible room cuz there was very little light and it was very small, went to the front desk to see if we can get a upgrade to a better room and they said no, went back the next day because our keys would not work, and ask the gentleman if we could do an upgrade and he said yes because they moved us to the Neptune, thank you to him for the better room, made our stay much better for a week, had to pay a small upgrade fee, very glad we did!

Great place for the money. This not a fancy hotel. No office staff. Check-in etcetera are done by phone. Response to our needs was prompt. The kitchenette room was clean and held everything we needed. 1.5 blocks from Hollywood Beach. This hotel is find.

Two hours before we arrived I tried calling and the phone rang for 20 minutes straight with no answer. We wanted to see if early check in was possible. We got there at 245PM. There was no visual signage on where to check in. We were in the building by the beach and it turned out that the check in was all the way back at the Main Street which was about 3 blocks away. Our uber had already left and there were no signs where to go besides an address, which is not the address given on emails or Expedia. We finally find the location, after walking for awhile with all of our luggage, passing 2 different people who work there and were not able to answer where to go. I go to check in and she helps the two people in front of me, and then answers the phone. I asked if we could check in early and she stated there are no rooms available until check in at 4. I asked her if they could watch our bags and she said yes. We had an hour to kill, and nothing to do around there so we Uber BACK to near the airport and ate at Coconuts(delish by the way!) and then went back to the hotel around 6 and finally was able to check in. We walk the three blocks back to the room and go inside. The door to the room doesn’t even have a lock on the outside. It is only locked by a chain from the inside. The bathroom was not very clean and there was hair on the towels. There were no mirrors in the room. It’s not very lit up over there so we weren’t very comfortable leaving the room. We will not be back.

Hi, how far in advance should I book for August? I've been there before and I loved the place! I'd really like the best room, one with a balcony and an ocean view! Thanks! I'll call you soon!

no hot water, beds are the absolute worst. breakfast is really a joke bread and a banana nothing in the room. a coffee maker no coffee or anything else. looks like section 8 housing. the only thing that I think is worth it is location. pay for parking, they get another 40$ grab a day plus another 20$ parking so plan on 60$ a day extra to stay in this over price place better yet spend 20$ mor and stay at a 5 star with hot water and amenities.

The front desk was super helpful! I accidentally booked the wrong days with Expedia and they switched them for me without any hassle. The rooms are renovated in some ways but also very dated. It is nice that it is right on the beach.

Customer service is VERY BAD; nobody tells you anything, you have to ask everything to find out anything.

Long wait to sign in, hidden fees in the form of " registration fees " , "parking fees", and poor breakfast. Hardly warm water, no coffee in room, but there was a coffee maker.

Want to stay by the beach and don't want to spend a fortune? Plus they have free breakfast!
