The Tiki Bar has slowly made me become a regular love the staff especially love Eli. Always has the best attitude super attentive and actually makes it my time there very enjoyable can’t imagine going anywhere else on the beach 10/10

Right on the broadwalk, incredible view, live music is always great, friendly people everywhere with the best bartenders and staff.

The rooms were crappy beach was drity gifts were high dollar never go there again

Im reviewing the tikibar. I ordered nachos with bacon and for a sit down restaurant, I got movie theater nachos with fake cheese and very low budget generic groccery store tortillas. I also got a stella draft which the only good thing about my meal. I paid $26 and Im very disappointed with the meal. I failed to eat it and left it.

Great atmosphere. After watching several people get served before us who sat down at least 20 minutes after us, our waitress informed us it comes out when it's ready. No, it comes out when u don't forget to put in the order

We had a wonderful stay at the Riptide Hotel! We were absolutely delighted with the location, which was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The welcome was warm and friendly from the moment we arrived, which immediately made us feel at ease. A huge thank you also to the manager, Jérémie, for his professionalism, availability, and impeccable service. The entire team contributed to making our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return!

We will start with the positives. The location is great, it is steps away from the beach. Very convenient. Also, the manager, Jeremy, was very responsive and helpful when we had issues. And the beds were comfortable. However... when we first arrived, our room smelled very clearly like mildew. I think the issue is because the bathroom windows don't open and there is no bath fan. So the moisture from showers has nowhere to go. Jeremy moved us to another room (#9), and it was better as far as the smell. But still - no window that could be opened and no fan. The first room (#10) was gross. It was dirty. I found hairs on the sink. The floor was filthy, my daughter's feet were black after walking on it. In the second room, there's a small kitchenette. The bowls were visibly dirty. I would recommend hand washing anything in the kitchen before using them. Several things were falling apart - chipped paint, part of the door mechanism to close the door was hanging off, the suitcase holder was half broken. The second room was at least cleaned better, but still not in good repair. The other thing that was so odd, there are pump soap, shampoo and conditioner in the tub. But they aren't labeled. I asked the next day and was told which was which. So apparently, we used shampoo to bathe on the first night because they were not labeled. Seems like a minor thing to mention, but would be nice to do that. The price isn't terrible for the location, but I would still expect things to not be falling apart and at the very least be clean. The biggest issue to me is the mildew smell and that there is no way to let the moisture out of the bathroom - that is going to cause mold over time. My daughter was coughing the whole first night there. Also... we ordered food at the tiki bar. We got two grilled cheese sandwiches, fries and water and coke. The total was almost $50!!! I ended up with water and the total was still $42.50. Insanely overpriced... Overall, I would not stay there again, despite the excellent location. There are lots of places to stay on the Broadwalk, and honestly, I'd pay a little more to know I'm staying somewhere clean and not falling apart.
