The staff, especially Rebecca, was quite nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, big rooms, fabulous breakfast, all was perfect !!! I will repeat if I am in the area !!!

Rebecca White was Amazing! She was very helpful and accommodating to our family, after a long road trip. This level of hospitality is truly appreciated! We will be back!

Very Poor Customer Service and Reservation Handling! I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. My original reservation was for June 25, but on the Sunday before my trip I contacted the hotel through the Hilton app (7:14 p.m. Eastern) to request that my arrival be changed to June 26. Then, on June 25, I received a “See you soon” check-in notification. I immediately replied through the Hilton app again, reminding the hotel that I would not be arriving until June 26. After flying from Washington, DC to Wyoming on June 26, I went to the front desk to check in. The front desk agent reviewed the notes on my reservation, confirmed that I had attempted to change my arrival date, and told me that the first night’s charge was only a temporary hold that would fall off once the transaction posted. That never happened. On July 2, I contacted Hilton Customer Care, who reached out to the hotel on my behalf. At that point, the hotel claimed I had digitally checked in on June 25 and refused to refund the unused night. To make matters worse, they also charged me twice for June 26 after initially issuing a credit at check-in. Now I’m being told that only a manager can resolve the issue, and no manager was available when I called. After multiple attempts to communicate my arrival change through the hotel’s own messaging system, being told one thing at check-in and something completely different afterward is incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service have been unacceptable. I expected much better from a Hilton property.

Nice clean hotel. We stayed here 2 nights in June 2026 and would stay again. Room was clean, breakfast was good and it was pretty quiet. Took about 10 min to drive to downtown but it was close to the university.

Uncooperative front desk. Asking for 2 fresh sheet and a fresh towel , told me he does not have the inventory. If Hampton is unable to provide fresh sheet and towel for customer they should not be in service business. Asked for fresh set just because of my high dust allergy. After staying Hampton last 30 years this is the first time I am hearing they cannot provide clean sheet. Front desk person should be friendly and understand customer service. Not recommending to stay with uncooperative management in Grand ave Laramie.

This is a beautiful newer property with easy access to I80. It is a ways from downtown. Room was large and spotless. Bed was comfortable and the bedding felt new. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, in spite of some computer problems. Breakfast was pretty standard for a free hotel meal, but well presented. Walmart just half a mile up the road, very walkable on a path separate from the road.

I’ve had a great experience here. The rooms are updated, the breakfast is pretty decent and changes daily, the concierge is usually attentive and the daily room service is amazing. Definitely better than others of same class or star rating (Fairfield)! I’ll always look to stay here when in Laramie.

Very nice hotel. All the staff are excellent. Lisa at the front desk is awesome. All the front desk clerks were nice and very informative about the Laremie area and the parks.

Becca was so RUDE!! My fiancé and I were checking in and we witnessed the most disgusting interaction she was having with another guest. Yelling at the guest in the lobby and threatening to call the cops. Ridiculous interaction. Upon asking her role, she proudly stated she was the general manager. What a poor example of that role. Corporate should reevaluate her employment, unless they are okay with that behavior. My positive experience was, the rooms were so clean, breakfast was great, and the location is very convenient.

Expected an ok stay as I have been here before. Arrived and found poop stains all over the toilet in my supposedly clean room. It also stunk in the bathroom. Tried to request room service to clean and disinfect the bathroom. Nobody showed up. My husband had to go downstairs and get cleaning supplies because nobody was available to clean as this was evening. Unable to move rooms due to the hotel being sold out, so we got to clean up a biohazard within an hour of checking in. Unacceptable. Do better.
